Engineering, Projects, and Planning Department

This department is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Supervising all types of permits, including building, apartment, and excavation permits.
  • Reviewing structural plans and making necessary adjustments.
  • Monitoring land and apartment subdivision processes according to approved procedures.
  • Overseeing all funded projects, supervising every stage from planning to completion to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Supervising the execution of infrastructure projects such as water networks, sewage systems, electricity, and roads.
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards are applied in all construction and development works within the town.
  • Conducting technical and engineering studies necessary for town facility development and improving public services.
  • Designing and implementing road, square, and public space improvement projects.
  • Monitoring and maintaining existing public facilities to ensure their continued efficiency.
  • Preparing regular technical reports on ongoing projects and the town's construction status.
  • Participating in preparing engineering budgets and estimating costs for future projects.
  • Providing engineering consultations to the municipality and citizens to ensure projects comply with local laws and regulations.

Finance and Accounting Department
